Thank you for visiting and shopping at BMBU CRU. Below are the terms of our shipping and delivery policy.

Shipment processing time

All orders are processed within 3-5 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

Delivery delays may occasionally occur, and we hate that as much as you do.  If we are experiencing a high volume of orders and that causes us to have a significant delay, we will contact you. Alternatively, please feel free to reach out to us. It’s always nice to hear from you.

Shipping rates & delivery estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Shipping Areas

BMBU Cru ships worldwide. We deliver our Products to all Countries and mainly UAE. Shipping will be done by a third-party courier.
Delivery within UAE cities shall be in 1 – 2 working days and from 4 to 10 working Days to Other Countries.  Delivery Fees will be mentioned on the checkout page depending on the country and location.
Avoid any delivery delay by providing your full address along with your contact details.

We don’t cover “no service areas”around the UAE. If you would like delivery to take place in a non-delivery area, please contact our customer service for alternative options.

Shippment Confirmation & Order Tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Customs, Duties and Taxes

BMBU CRU makes sure that VAT is calculated into the price of the item displayed on the website.

Damages

BMBU CRU wants to ensure your satisfaction to the highest degree.  If you received your order damaged, please contact us immediately so we can help resolve this issue.

Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
